Submissions may be sent either online to feliciaeth.literary@gmail.com or by hardcopy to:

Felicia Eth Literary Representation
555 Bryant St., Suite 350,
Palo Alto, Ca. 94301.

All hardcopy submissions should include a s.a.s.e. with postage.

In the event you have been represented by another agent and/or publisher, whether for this property or an earlier one, please fill us in on complete history including submissions and sales record.

All submissions are looked at personally by Ms. Eth, who attempts to respond to initial queries quite promptly. Response time to follow up material varies given the extent of material under consideration. Don’t hesitate to send an email reminder should you not have heard back within four weeks.

We do not ask for exclusivity in most instances but do ask that you inform us if other agents are considering the same material. In the event a complete manuscript is requested we ask that you extend the courtesy of informing us should you receive an offer of representation from another agent, allowing us to respond as to our interest in an agreed upon time frame.

We do not handle one off properties should you have other representation, except if you have movie and tv representation.

For fiction

Please write a query letter introducing yourself, your book, your writing background. Don’t forget to include degrees you may have, publishing credits, awards and endorsements. Please wait for a response before including sample pages. We only consider material where the manuscript for which you are querying is complete, unless you have previously published.

For non-fiction

A query letter is best, introducing idea and what you have written already (proposal, manuscirpt?). For writerly nonficiton (narratives, bio, memoir) please let us know if you have a finished manuscript. Also it’s important you include information about yourself, your background and expertise, your platform and notoriety, if any.
